A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Nice place and delicious traditional indonesian food in BSD, Tangerang. We can enjoy our meals with listening nice music around here. One of my recommendation is Gurame Sambel Kecombrang. Surely give a special and pleasure to our appetite"
"Nice place, lots of trees shades, the place quite large and parking space offer large lot, you can see a pond strait near entrance, the staff really helpful and nice. The food have a lot various choices, the downside.. the mosquito, you need bring repellent if you don't want to get sucked. Actually not bad,.. try it if you nearby"
"Nice food, correctly spiced you can say. Some will find the foods up to expectation, some will find them less, due to personal taste variation and how the cook here intrepret "Javanese Cuisines". Unfortunately this place IS NOT easy to find for lack of proper signboard. The parking space also small, 12-16 cars or so. Moderately priced, polite and well mannered waiters. Food served within reasonable time of 20-25 minutes for 5 people. Love this place when its not too crowded."
"Delicious food esp. for ayam penyet sambel kemangi, 5 star! Bakwan jagung is a good complement. This place is unique with javanese style and woods decors but the room little bit cramped by the big tables and seats."
"I think it absolutely delighted me that the foods were so delicious! I enjoyed their wedang uwuh as well, my colleagues enjoyed the other drinks such as wedang telang, fruit juices, and many other drinks. I love the ambience, it was clearly Sundanese with a bit of modern touch to it (with their photo booth and all). But unfortunately, the photo booth was a bit of underwhelming because as we took photos, the frame wasn't shown so most of our photos were cut inaccordingly. The parking lot was slightly bigger for cars and it was limited for motorcycles. They had the seated chairs and also lesehan space. Well, overall, it was enjoyable."
"Fresh and tasty food. Must try the Gurami goreng. One of the best I had tried. Samba also fresh made. I personally like thier Jengkol Polo's Balado."
"Small place and barely visible, but they serve delicious Pecak Nila and Pecak Gurame! You should try the Bakwan Jagung and the Ayam Goreng also. Both were delicious."
"One of the best places to eat Indonesian food (more authentic Javanese) in South Tangerang/BSD, for all the delicious menus, you won't regret it. We ordered Ayam Kemangi (most favorite), Tempe Mendoan, Gurame Soup (fresh fish taken directly from the pond), Empal Ikat Jati (recommended). One thing we don't understand with the concept of this restaurant, no one welcomes and invites us to sit, so we look for a place ourselves, when we want to ask about the menu and what is recommended it turns out that the staff doesn't understand (have to wait for senior staff), for ordering you have to be patient because we also have to wait 30-40 minutes for the food to serve, and it is recommended that ordering all the appropriate menus should not be added, because it will take even longer. Sambal is not included here unless you order fish or fried chicken. The parking lot is quite large and there is a place to eat that is lesehan, wifi is quite strong. Payment can use cash or qris."
